  • Characterized Churn Rate for Membership and getting actionable data into HubSpot.
  • Led the team in executing an $15 gift card Amazon Offer
  • Executed Initial Refill Offer - 20% off a new customer's first refill.
  • Built KPI Dashboard from multiple data sources in Google Data Studio.
  • Built ROI calculations of the above programs & KPIs needed to be profitable
  • Managed and built an internal team of 10 people including these Rockstar's:

  • Lead a team with CW and built/deployed a seasonal offer. Added regular blog and posted/drove traffic via Facebook, AdWords and emails.

  • Worked in a team with GD and CW and deployed the "Big Bubble" story & ran paid media, social media, and emails to the offer story. 👉Big Bubble Story
  • The team had over 1000 transactions on Cyber Monday and over 1500 for BFCM weekend. The most in company history.
  • Worked in a team with GD and CW and built additional blog 👉The Carbonarium & drove traffic for sales.
  • Re-established Amazon Seller Central and begin to grow that channel.
  • Built a headless system with HubSpot's CMS and WooCommerce checkout.

  • Went from 7 transactions per day to 344 by the end of the first month of sales.
  • Managed and worked with WooCommerce & WordPress.
  • Added HubSpot Marketing Professional to the Tech Stack and integrated it with WooCommerce.
  • Grew their membership significantly over the first 6 months. 30k+ orders per month.
  • Added over 300k contacts to the HubSpot database.
  • Transitioned to Marketing Enterprise and added Service Hub for customer service and built out all the processes for CS.
  • Managed outside vendors to move to Shopify Plus and Recharge in one month.
  • Added Yotpo for Customer Reviews and Social posting / UGC

  • Awarded an IDSA Design Award.
  • USPTO issued a Full Design Patent on the triangle speaker.
  • Built out the entire production process from electronics to repeatable wood. production for the tonewoods:
    • Black Walnut
    • Mahogany
    • Cherry
    • Maple
  • Introduced a wireless woofer into the ecosystem.
  • Added a Black Walnut Bluetooth v4.1 over-ear headphones.
  • Sold over 2000 individually numbered Site:One speaker.

Red Fusion Studios was a 4 office Full-Service Product Development firm that did Industrial Design, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Firmware Engineering. I personally am first named on over 40+  granted patents and have developed hundreds of products.

Highlights continued:

  • Georgia Pacific - Handwashing compliance. I was contracted to circumnavigate and do an ROI calculation on to buy a company or develop GP's own proprietary IP.
  • GEHC - Worked on and hard prototyped a concept for home monitoring for aging loved ones.
  • Capacitive touch trimmers from Wahl clipper and Remington.
  • Concepts for a Wagner "paint bot".  I'd still love one of these.
  • Managed 4 offices with 35 Designers and Techies combine.
  • Fiskars 9" trimmer along with countless Fellows office products.
